TripQuest Inc. is a Wyoming corporation with offices at 66 W Flagler St, Ste 900, Miami, FL 33130. We build an AI-powered, augmented reality travel discovery app that helps you explore cities through personalized Quests.
What We Collect, In Short
- Account details you give us (name, email, profile info)
- Location data while you use the app, to build and verify your Quests
- Photos/videos you submit to verify checkpoints or report location conditions
- Mood and preference inputs you provide to personalize your Quests
- Usage activity, like which Quests you complete and how you interact with AR content
- Wallet address (Solana), if you earn or hold QUEST tokens or NFT badges
- Creator content you upload, if you're a Creator (3D assets, narration, video, music)
We do not collect more than we need to make the app work well for you.
Why We Collect It

- Build personalized Quests based on your mood, time, and location
- Verify quest completion and location reports so rewards are earned fairly
- Distribute QUEST token rewards for verified activity
- Process voluntary charitable donations you choose to make

We share limited data with trusted service providers who help us run the app, including:
- Mapping and routing providers (for directions and checkpoints)
- AI voice and 3D content providers (for narration and Creator tools)
- Blockchain infrastructure (for QUEST and NFT transactions)

- Turn off location sharing (though this limits app functionality)
- Opt out of optional features like voice companion or music linking
- Delete your account at any time through app settings

A Note on Blockchain Data
QUEST token and NFT badge transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent. We cannot delete or alter this on-chain information, even if you delete your TripQuest account.
Children
TripQuest is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
